Robert Louis Stevenson State Park

The Robert Louis Stevenson State Park is a beautiful forested park, near Calistoga. Hike the 5-mile trail to the summit of Mt. St. Helena, for incredible vistas of the San Francicso Bay area. This area was once the place where Robert L. Stevenson, the famous author, spent his honeymoon in 1880. A maker along the summit trail indicates where Stevenson's cabin once stood.
