San Francisco International Airport
San Francisco International Airport, known "gateway to the Pacific", is located south of San Francisco along the San Francisco Bay. The airport began offering flights in 1927, as the Mills Field Municipal Airport. United Airlines was one of the first to offer flights from the airport.
