Old Mission de Tolosa, now more commonly known as the Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa is Located on California’s Central Coast. It is set approximately halfway between Monterey and San Diego and is unique in its design. The Tolosa Mission features two naves set in an L shape - the only example of its kind among the California mission churches.

San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport
San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport, located south of San Luis Obispo, opened in 1939 with dirt runways and a hangar. It was used during World War II as a training airfield.
