Pollock Pines is Nature's Wonderland. With four distinct seasons and high altitudes ranging between 3,000 and 4,000 feet, Pollack Pines boasts year round fresh air and clear skies. Just east of Placerville on HWY 50 between Lake Tahoe and Sacramento. Relax, go boating or fishing on Jenkinson Lake. The renowned Apple Hill, and Pony Express Landmark are great places to visit.

Take a hike or a scenic stroll through the El Dorado National Forest or Crystal Basin Recreation Area. A bit of history on Pollack Pines – it was the only overnight stop for the Pony Express Riders. There are many wayts to explore and enjoy the Sacramento area – a visit to Pollock Pines is high on that list.
