Folsom Lake, 30 miles northeast of Sacramento, returns H1 Unlimited Hydroplanes to Sacramento and California’s Gold County. Experience the 2013 Big Wake Weekend, May 31st through June 2nd. Launch into summer with the excitement of H1 boat racing at Folsom Lake featuring H1 hydroplane racing, wake boarding, picnic and party. Presented by Toyota, Big Wake Weekend is a highlight of 2013 for California’s capital city region.

Celebrate Memorial Day Weekend at the 2013 Sacramento County Fair. Eat, have fun and celebrate the red, white and blue – May 23rd through the 27th at Cal Expo. Roseville, 25 miles northeast of Sacramento on I-80, celebrates California’s delightful summer evenings starting in May with Roseville’s Downtown Tuesday Nights. From May through July downtown Roseville’s Vernon Street is closed off to traffic and becomes a street party on Tuesday nights.
